Shipping Policy

Most orders received before 2:00 PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received after 2:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Aftermarket Performance EXpress (APEX) only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Free Shipping Promotions

When offered, free shipping is available for orders shipping to a destination within the 48 mainland US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground only.

Where Is My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships, which is typically within 1-2 business days. Please email support@apexraceparts.com or call us at (925) 245-0773 with your order number if you have not received your tracking number.
